The methodology is focused on adopting effective, science-based strategies to help clients develop new habits, skills, and behaviors.
The Results Coaching System defines coaching as "facilitating positive change by improving thinking." Cassandra learned to work with the client’s agenda to facilitate self-directed learning, focus on solutions, stretch their thinking and achievement, provide positive feedback, and most of all, facilitate insights and gain commitment to action.
Cassandra completed the International Association of Career Coaches' Senior Professional Career Coaching certification program in 2024 and the Senior Professional Resume Writing certification in 2025. She learned how to help people develop a targeted job search strategy, write resumes and LinkedIn profiles that attract recruiters, negotiate beneficial job offers, and prepare for a strong start in a new position.
